We know from the Bible that there were other giants afterward but they were from 100% human stock.The next time we see the word giant it is in Numbers 13:33
33"There we saw the giants (the descendants of Anak came from the giants); and we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight."
The insert parentheses tells us they were descendants of Anak.
